Terms of Service

Important
- The current terms of service (TOS) is subject to change. The commissioner is bound to the TOS in issue when their commission is first ordered.
- I, the artist, has the right to refuse and cancel any commission for any reason with stated reason.
- I, the artist, hold the right to my artwork unless otherwise agreed upon between parties.Payment
- Payment will be done through PayPal in USD. Pricing may be adjusted depending on high discrepancies between commissioner's country of origin's currency and the USD.
- An invoice will be sent once all information has been confirmed with both parties. The commissioner will have 10 business days to pay said invoice, or else the commission will be cancelled. The commission will begin once the full payment or first installment goes through successfully.
- Base model payments must be paid in full. If the total payment is over 300 USD, it may be paid in partial payments: the first half upfront and the second half upon completion of the model.
- A full refund will only be issued if the commission is canceled before the first design/model sketch. Otherwise, a refund will not be given unless the commission is canceled by the artist themselves. In this case, the commissioner will receive half of the payment if it is canceled after the sketch phase and before the rigging phase.Revisions
- Revisions on major mistakes by me, the artist, are allowed. Major mistakes include an inaccurate/misplaced/missing detail that is present on the character sheet or inaccurate colors present on the provided character sheet.
- If you wish to add, change, or remove a feature anytime during the lineart to the finalization stage, there will be an additional fee. This includes features on the official model and on the custom design character sheet.
- Revisions during the Delivery Period is reserved only to fix rigging issues.Timeline
- Please be aware of any time differences there may be between you and the Japanese Standard Time (JST), as this may affect communication and response times.
- There is a minimum estimated time of 2 months for the completion of base models 1/2 and 1 month for the completion of base models 3/4. Models may be completed earlier than this estimated time. An minimum of 2 weeks will be needed for custom designs. If I, the artist, require to extend the timeline fr any reason, it will be communicated with the commissioner with an estimated extension time.
- If there is a hard deadline needed, please discuss with me, the artist, to see if it is viable.
- Additional time may be needed for more complex designs/model assets, which can/will be discussed during the commission process.
- Updates and work-in-progresses (WIPs) will be given on Saturdays and Sundays JST, unless an update is requested by either party. Please be aware that WIP updates requested outside of the given days may be declined.
- Note: I, the artist, work full-time, so I ask for commissioners to be patient with messages and updates. I will try to respond to messages within 24 hours of receiving the messages, but I may take longer.Rights and Usage
- Rights included are personal usage (using the model for personal enjoyment/usage and and monetized/content commercial (stream/content creation/video) usage.
- Commercial usage regarding merchandise will need to be discussed further and will warrant an additional fee.
- I, the artist, must be credited wherever the model is being used. Please use Pupothos when crediting.
- Do not edit or redistribute the provided art, and do not use the art to train AI, be used for NFTs, or be used
- If you wish to resale the model (with a premade design), please do not sell it for more than 80% of the initial price. If you wish to resale a custom design model, this will need to be discussed between parties.Requesting a commission means you have reviewed and accepted all above terms.
